SarvAssure provides AI software for insurance businesses — policy advisory, claim assistance and voice/chat agents that our partners embed in their own products. We are a technology provider. We are not an insurer, broker or intermediary; we do not underwrite, sell, or issue insurance policies.

• Our platform and demos are intended for businesses evaluating or using SarvAssure's AI workflows, not for the general public to buy insurance.
• Content, figures and comparisons shown on this site are illustrative demonstrations, not live quotes or offers.
• You agree not to misuse our services or channels to send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, or to attempt to disrupt the platform.
• Commercial terms for production use — including data handling, uptime and pricing — are set out in a separate agreement with each partner.

Nothing on this site or produced by our demos constitutes financial, investment, insurance or legal advice. Outputs of the AI are decision-support tools; partners are responsible for how they are used with their own customers.

We take reasonable care in operating the platform, but to the extent permitted by law SarvAssure is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, demos, or outputs. Production use is governed by the commercial agreement signed with the partner.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We will post the revised terms here with an updated date.
