Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 September 2026
SarvAssure is in early access. This policy describes how we handle data collected through our website and demos today, and how we handle personal data as a processor for our partners once the platform is live.
What data we collect
- Contact and business details you give us when you book a demo or get in touch — name, company, email, phone number
- Anything you choose to share during an evaluation or demo (e.g. a description of your use case)
- Basic, aggregated website usage and analytics
- When a partner runs SarvAssure in production, our AI processes their customers' data on the partner's behalf, under a separate data-processing agreement — the partner remains the data fiduciary
Why we collect it
- To respond to demo and contact requests
- To provide, operate and improve the platform
- To meet our own legal and record-keeping duties
Consent
We collect and use your data after you contact us or agree to a demo. We do not treat simply visiting the site as consent to process personal data. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us at the address below.
Retention
We keep contact and evaluation data only for as long as needed to respond to you and run our business, and delete or anonymise it when no longer required. Data processed on behalf of a partner is retained and deleted per the terms of that partner's agreement.
Who we share data with
- Infrastructure and tooling sub-processors that help us run the platform, under confidentiality obligations
- Insurer and carrier systems a partner connects, solely to fulfil that partner's workflow
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, you have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us:

This page is a draft pending legal sign-off and will be finalised before SarvAssure's platform is generally available.
